Underline it with Ella Waters (VF262-36) turquoise knit, or sew a bandeau or tank from the solid to wear beneath a mesh short-sleeve hoodie. Ella Breezy also makes a wonderful swimsuit cover-up. Please note – there is more stretch running down that fabric than acroos it. Lay your pattern pieces out across the grain to increase the stretch around your body.
